On-device planning
Weekend Tasks uses Apple Intelligence through Apple’s Foundation Models framework to help you talk through your weekend and prepare proposed plans. This processing runs on your device. Weekend Tasks does not send your conversation or plan to a developer-operated AI service or require a developer API key.
Advanced planning mode
Advanced mode can prepare a copyable planning packet containing the Life Admin and Goals you selected. Weekend Tasks does not send that packet anywhere. If you paste it into ChatGPT or another external AI service, you choose what to share and that service’s privacy terms apply to the information you provide.
Data stored on your iPhone
Your planning conversation, pending review, Life Admin selections, Goals, habits, completion context, and setup choices are stored locally by the app. They are used to give the on-device coach useful context and are not received by the developer.
Apple Reminders
Reminders access is used only to apply plans you review and confirm, recognize active incomplete reminders previously created by Weekend Tasks, and keep those reminders aligned with the approved plan. Other reminders are left unchanged.
Approved tasks are written directly to Apple Reminders. Apple may sync them through the Reminders account configured on your device. Weekend Tasks and its developer do not receive a copy.
Network access and third parties
The app includes no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and has no developer-operated backend service. Apple Intelligence, Foundation Models, Apple Reminders, and iCloud are Apple services governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Your controls
Settings lets you delete conversation history, reset Life Admin selections, or delete all locally stored app data. These actions do not delete your Apple Reminders.
You can revoke Reminders permission at any time in iOS Settings. You can also edit or delete tasks directly in Reminders.
