MS Gym Companion does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated backend service.

Routine, workout, and attendance information
Imported routines, machine settings, workout history, mobility observations, check-ins, Physical Therapy attendance, schedules, and reminder choices are stored locally or in the app’s shared storage for its iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets, and share extension. The developer does not receive a copy.
AI-assisted routines
MS Gym Companion does not run an AI service or send your information to an AI provider. If you choose to build a routine with ChatGPT Health or another AI assistant, you decide what context to copy, what to share with that provider, and whether to paste the finished routine back into the app. That provider’s privacy terms apply to information you send it.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
If you grant permission, the app can read selected activity and walking information from Apple Health, save completed workouts, and coordinate optional workout recording with Apple Watch. These features remain optional and are controlled through Apple’s permission settings. Health information is used on your devices and is not sent to the developer.
Notifications and shared appointments
If you enable gentle reminders, notification choices and Physical Therapy visit times are stored on your device and used to schedule local notifications. The share extension can add a visit you explicitly share from Safari. The developer does not receive the appointment or reminder content.
Machine photos
Photos you take or select for gym machines are stored in the app’s local storage. Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to add a photo.
Your controls
You can edit or remove information inside the app, pause reminders, and revoke camera, photo, notification, or Health permissions in Apple’s settings. Removing the apps also removes locally stored data, subject to Apple’s device backup and shared-container behavior.
