Reminders

Weekend Tasks requests full Reminders access only so it can find tasks it previously created, add new tasks, replace them when you approve, and delete them when you request it.

Your tasks are written directly to Apple Reminders. Apple may sync them through the Reminders account configured on your device. Weekend Tasks and its developer do not receive a copy.

A private app-specific URL is attached to imported reminders so the app can recognize its own tasks without placing an ownership marker in their visible notes.

Clipboard

Weekend Tasks reads the clipboard only after you tap Paste. It writes to the clipboard only after you tap a Copy button.

Network access and third parties

The app makes no direct network requests and includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not connect directly to an AI service.

Apple Reminders and iCloud are Apple services governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Any AI assistant you choose separately is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Your controls

You can remove incomplete reminders created by Weekend Tasks from the app’s More menu using Delete All Imported Tasks. Completed and unrelated reminders are protected.

You can revoke Reminders permission at any time in iOS Settings. You can also edit or delete imported tasks directly in Reminders.
