The app is designed to do one small handoff well: preview a task export and place the approved plan in Apple Reminders.

How do I import a plan?

Ask any AI assistant to follow the starter prompt and export your final tasks. In Weekend Tasks, paste the export, preview every title, then tap Import Tasks.

Why does the app need full Reminders access?

Full access lets Weekend Tasks add tasks, recognize tasks it previously created, safely replace incomplete imports, and delete imported tasks when you request it. The app does not send your reminders to the developer.

How do I turn Reminders access on or off?

Open iOS Settings, open Weekend Tasks, then change its Reminders permission. The app will explain what is needed again the next time you try an action that requires access.

How do I remove everything the app imported?

Open the More menu in Weekend Tasks and choose Delete All Imported Tasks. The app counts the reminders it owns and asks you to confirm before deleting them. Completed and unrelated reminders are left alone.

Why were my tasks not automatically categorized?

Weekend Tasks writes tasks to your default Reminders list. Apple Intelligence and Reminders categorization are Apple features controlled by your device, language, region, and Reminders settings; Weekend Tasks cannot switch them on or force them to run.

Why do older reminders show an importer marker in Notes?

Early builds stored an ownership marker in visible notes. Current imports use a private app-specific URL instead. Weekend Tasks still recognizes the older marker so those reminders can be safely replaced or deleted.
