SalesScreen Privacy Policy
Your reports stay in your org.
SalesScreen connects Apple devices directly to your Salesforce organization, without a separate SalesScreen-hosted customer-data service.

Demo mode
The bundled sample dashboard uses fictional data and does not contact Salesforce. The public screenshot on this site also shows sample data.
Salesforce connection
When you choose to sign in, the iPhone or Apple TV app uses Salesforce authentication to access information that account is authorized to see. Dashboard and report data come from your Salesforce organization. Your organization controls its own Salesforce data, access rules, and retention.
On-device information
The iPhone uses Salesforce’s mobile authentication SDK. Apple TV uses Salesforce’s hosted page and Authorization Code with PKCE, without collecting your password in SalesScreen. Each device retains only its own revocable Salesforce session in platform secure storage. The apps may keep protected local presentation or dashboard data needed for the experience. Signing out or removing an app affects local data; your organization’s Salesforce data remains in Salesforce.
Tracking and other services
The current Apple app privacy manifests declare no tracking or collected data types. SalesScreen does not operate an advertising or analytics service. Apple device services and Salesforce are governed by their own privacy terms.
Service topic word clouds
Authorized Case Subject and Description are processed inside Salesforce against an approved topic vocabulary. Only approved aggregate terms and distinct-Case counts are sent to the display, not raw Case text or Case IDs. The feature does not send Case text to an external AI service. Topic matching is bounded and is not a guarantee of anonymization.
Offline display and local diagnostics
Apple TV can retain encrypted aggregate dashboard presentations in protected on-device storage. Cached display is limited by both data age and an org/user/device/dashboard-scoped authorization lease; it stops at the earlier expiry, with a maximum data age of three hours. Successful offline display does not renew authorization. Sign-out and confirmed access denial clear cached display data.
The apps provide bounded diagnostic event histories using fixed categories and timestamps rather than Salesforce credentials, report values or raw Case text. iPhone presentation history is stored locally; Apple TV diagnostics are session-local. Nothing is automatically uploaded to an AwesomeOApps diagnostics service. If you choose to share diagnostics or contact support, avoid sending credentials or customer data.
